Robert W. Leathers is an ACPE Educator, and Retired Army Chaplain who loves the adult learning process. He is a insightful, compassionate, and relational pastoral educator with over 10 years of experience supervising students and directing two army CPE Centers.He served in the United  States Army from 1993-2017. Robert married to Cristi, and lives in Missouri and enjoys God's great outdoors.

Rev. Cynthia M. Thomas is an ACPE educator who enjoys working with students online and with Houston Medical Center residents and interns at their hospitals. She has a B.A. in Philosophy and Religion, a Master of Arts in Education and a Master's in Divinity. 

She has a passion for open water swimming and is currently training her next therapy dog.

 Reverend Cindy Graber received her Masters of Divinity degree from Perkins School of Theology at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas in 1998 and her Masters of Public Administration from Texas A & M in College Station, Texas in 1984.  She received her Ecclesiastical Endorsement and was ordained in 2003.She is a Certified Educator with the Association for Clinical Pastoral Education (ACPE) assisting clergy and laypersons in the integration of theory and practice for spiritual care in a wide variety of institutional settings. She is currently the USAF Certified Educator and manages the day to day operations for the Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) program at the San Antonio Military Medical Center Fort Sam Houston, Texas.  She has served for nearly two years as manager for the Spiritual Care Department of Ochsner Medical Center in New Orleans and for seven years as the director for the CPE Center at Valley Baptist Medical Center. She remains an active member of ACPE, Inc. where she has served on several regional and national committees.
